Quitting smoking has been difficult for all of us, right? We know, because we have been there! The start of this journey is the hardest and the thought of quitting without any support is haunting.

These guys have some killer flavours, if you love your classic British sweets then give Parma violets a go, trust me when I say it gives swizzles Matlow a run for their money!! Another personal favourite is the orange and apple - intense sweet oranges with a subtle Juicy apple flavour on the exhale 😍😍😍
